- Technical Center services
- Service hours SERVICE-A, B, C, D, E
- Response time for engineer to be on site with in 25 kms radius is 5 hours
- On site intervention for diagnosis and remedial
- Dis-assembly and re-assembly of major elements of equipment's and/or exchange of faulty module/unit with replacement modules/unit
- Carry fault module back for repair
- Returned faulty unit to manufacturer
- Equipment delivered and re-install at its appropriate location
